We are renting a fully furnished, beautiful apartment - 4-ROOM APARTMENT (93 m2) in the center of Split, Lučac - which can function as TWO SEPARATE 2-room apartments:
Apartment A (two-room) 52.01 m2 and Apartment B (two rooms) 41.62 m2 or as one unique 4-room apartment 92 m2, all as needed. (. apartment + office or doctor's office), look at the floor plan!
The apartment is completely newly adapted, fully furnished and equipped. Very bright and airy, oriented on three sides (east, south and west). There is air conditioning in each room (4 units), washing machine in each bathroom (2 units), 2 kitchens, 2 TV sets. The position of the apartment is excellent, it is located in the center of the city, near the Bačvice swimming pool, parks, Diocletian's Palace, near hospitals and on-call pharmacy and numerous shops. The apartment is available for occupancy from November 1, 2022. It is rented LONG-TERM, to employed people. Contract for a period of at least 1 year or longer with the possibility of extension. The monthly rent is 1,500 euros + utilities. The deposit is 1 month's rent, which is returned at the end of the contract.
