Welcome to our modern studio apartment on the top floor of a traditional Dalmatian house in Radunica, a charming neighborhood near Split’s city center. Perfect for long-term stays, the apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV for daily entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing regular meals, and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests have full access to the entire studio, making it a practical and cozy home for an extended visit. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
