Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, the studio features a queen-size bed, a sofa that converts into an additional bed, a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom includes all essential amenities, and bed linens and towels are provided. It’s an ideal choice for couples, friends, solo travelers, or business guests. Since this apartment is located within a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
