Piccola Venezia is a well-designed 24 m² studio apartment on the villa’s third floor, perfect for guests looking for a comfortable long-term stay in the city center. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, ideal for preparing daily meals, a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony with a beautiful view. The interior blends modern style with the authentic character of a classic Dalmatian stone house, creating a cozy and functional living space. Since this apartment is located within a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
