It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room that is connected as a whole with a dining room and a kitchen, further in the apartment there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a storage room, and an entrance area.
The apartment is suitable for 3-4 people (a double bed in one bedroom, two separate beds in the second room, and a sofa bed in the living room).
The apartment has a meter for electricity and water.

Parking is free in the courtyard or in front of the building, where there is a public parking lot, which is also free.

It takes a 10-15 minute easy walk to the city center, the bus stop is only a few steps away, and the first beaches (Valkane, Lungomare, Gortanova Uvala) are 1.2 km away.
