We are renting a one bedroom apartment in a new building in Split, district Lovret. The building is on a quiet part of Lovret without the noise of cars. It is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment consists of one bedroom, bathroom, living room with balcony and kitchen. The apartment is newly renovated, fully furnished and for rent only to one person, long term. Pets are not allowed! 1 deposit is required! Agency fee: 1 monthly rent + VAT
