Beautiful apartment with AC and Wi-Fi suitable for three people, situated in a traditional stone house in one of Split's oldest neighborhoods (developed in the 15th century), offers a mix of modern and traditional styles, ensuring an unforgettable stay! The stone house and inner courtyard have recently been upgraded and now feature four beautiful holiday homes. Perla A is on the ground floor of this residence, making it ideal for four people. It includes a spacious bedroom with two comfortable single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed, as well as a sofa bed in the cozy living-dining area. Although compact, the kitchen has a stove, oven, and fridge, more than enough to prepare simple, delicious summer meals using local ingredients from our nearby fresh markets. To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders. This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we ask that residents treat one another with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Under Croatian law, we are required to collect the resident's passport or ID information upon arrival and to register them with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. We offer a baby package, which includes a baby cot and high chair; these must be requested before arrival.
