A fully equipped one-room apartment of 50 m2 is for rent on the 1st floor in a residential building in SPLIT. Due to its southern orientation, the apartment is full of natural light. The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, household appliances, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet. The bedroom has a double bed measuring cm. It is located in Gripe in the wider city center, and is 15 minutes' walk from the city center, 10 minutes' walk from the beach, 15 minutes' walk from the student campus and the Faculty of Medicine. Near the apartment there are several shops, pharmacies, banks, cafes, restaurants. The apartment is rented to non-smokers without pets.An apartment that is close to everything IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY: The number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number stated in the reservation and the Rental Agreement, regardless of the total capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be properly registered. Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting of the accommodation, are not permitted. It is important to note: if the rental is for 30 DAYS OR LONGER , the maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to TWO (2) PEOPLE. Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation with the retention of the entire rental amount.
