Villa Erede is a spacious stone house in one of Split’s oldest neighborhoods, offering a peaceful, convenient home in the city center. The villa comprises three apartments and two rooms, each equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and an LCD satellite TV, making it ideal for long-term stays. Mardi Apartment is a one-bedroom unit on the first floor, covering 41 m². It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a small living room, a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom, and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared first-floor terrace. The apartment combines contemporary comfort with the charm of an authentic Dalmatian stone house. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
