Hello, we are happy to offer you our cozy apartments on Jadrija beach near Šibenik. Jadrija is a small, family-friendly community and a haven for windsurfers during and outside of the summer season. It is located just beyond the channel of St. Anthony with a beautiful view of the 16th-century fortress of St. Nicholas and the surrounding islands. Although Jadrija is only a ten-minute drive from Šibenik, the county capital, the light pollution is low offering a clear view of the Milky Way on clear nights. If you are a nature lover and enjoy spending peaceful and relaxing time with your family, Jadrija is the place for you. On the other hand, if you ever want to puncture your downtime with some fun, Šibenik, one of the fastest-developing tourist destinations in Croatia, has a plethora of options you can explore. The Advent fair in Šibenik has, in recent years, become one of the most popular manifestations in the region, attracting a huge number of visitors from Dalmatia and beyond. The end of the Advent fair is topped off with a New Year’s Eve concert that has, so far, included Stereo MC and Roisin Murphy as performers. Šibenik is geographically located between Zadar and Split in the middle part of the Dalmatia region and is an hour’s drive from both cities. Although there are rainy patches at the beginning of autumn and during winter the weather is mostly sunny and not too cold, rarely going below 10 degrees Celsius. About our apartment. It is a spacious accommodation 60 m2 in size with two balconies. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The living room and kitchen are joined with the dining table in between. The apartment is equipped with all of the modern household utilities for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet (32 Mbps), a smart TV, a microwave, a coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dish machine. Furthermore, there is a spacious backyard around 500 m2 big, which will be at your disposal. There you'll find a traditional Dalmatian barbecue and deck chairs surrounded by a garden in which you and your children are free to roam and enjoy your afternoons. If you are traveling with a car or are renting one, a parking space on the property will be reserved for you on your arrival. We are looking forward to meeting you and being your hosts!
