Recently renovated, the apartment features a pleasant mix of modern amenities and characterful details. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, AC units, and TVs, ensuring a cozy, private living space. The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped for daily cooking, while the bright living and dining area offers a comfortable place to relax. The living room sofa can also serve as an extra bed when needed. Two well-appointed bathrooms and an adorable small balcony add to the practicality of the space. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
