The fully equipped kitchen includes essential dishes, cutlery, a stove, oven, and dishwasher for effortless meal preparation and cleanup. The cozy living room features comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV, and a coffee table, creating the perfect space for relaxation. A washing machine and ironing equipment are neatly stored in the wardrobe for your convenience. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds with complimentary linens, as well as wardrobes with hangers for all your storage needs. The apartment includes a bathroom and a separate small toilet, both provided with clean towels and toiletries. Please note: the main bathroom is internal. We recommend keeping the door open when not in use and airing out the apartment regularly to reduce moisture buildup and unwanted odors. Despite its central location, the apartment sits in a quiet area, ensuring peaceful nights. Within just a 10-minute walk, you can reach Split’s main promenade (Riva), Diocletian’s Palace, Bačvice Beach, and the main bus station. No need for cars or public transport, Green Apartment puts the best of Split within easy reach. Since this apartment is located within a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
