The apartment is located on the first floor and is fully furnished. It is sunny and warm and ideal for family life. The building has its own parking lot and the apartment has two parking spaces. The building is located close to all necessary amenities for living and is only 700 meters from the beach and sea. Upon entry, one rent is paid as a deposit and one for the month in progress, as well as an agency commission in the amount of one rent + VAT. In the absence of damages, the deposit is refunded in full to the lessee at the end of the lease period. Utilities are not included in the rental price.
