I wish to rent it to a nice person, non-smoker who will take good care of the property :) Washing-machine, hair dryer, king size bed with an extra top mattress, high speed optical Wi-Fi included. // Fridge or a kitchen can be added if needed. (The cafeteria is only 2 minutes away and the food is very good, our past tenants, students, just wanted to have a fridge). You will have my full support before and throughout your stay.
