All damages are documented before your arrival. Report any new defects or hygiene irregularities immediately. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted. • 📌 Responsibility: Unreported damage found after your departure will be considered your responsibility. All damage claims will be processed through the Flatio StayProtection (AXA). • 📌 Furniture: Moving heavy furniture (beds, wardrobes, sofas, etc.) is strictly prohibited, except for the desk and chairs. This is to prevent damage to floors and the furniture itself. 🧹 DEPARTURE & TIDINESS • 📌 Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. • 📌 Last Sheets and Towels: Upon departure, you do not have to worry at all about the last sheets and towels you used.
