Our comfortable, bright and clean apartment is located in a perfect location: just a 10-minute walk to the city center, all attractions and the Riva. No need for public transportation! • ULTRA FAST WI-FI (190 Mbit/s!): We provide you with stable, professional internet speed for uninterrupted video calls, fast data downloads and streaming. • Although the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (for cooling in summer and efficient heating in winter), due to its location and quality construction the apartment is extremely warm and does not require much heating—which saves your budget for longer stays. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY: The number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number stated in the reservation and the Rental Agreement, regardless of the total capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be properly registered. Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting of the accommodation, are not permitted. It is important to note: if the rental is for 30 DAYS OR LONGER , the maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to TWO (2) PEOPLE. Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation with the retention of the entire rental amount.
