The apartment is located in a stone house, in the center of Tar. It consists of a small kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. It is located on the ground floor, has a very small terrace (visible in the last photo). Public parking is free. Payment terms payment of monthly rent 400 eur, one month in advance and before moving in, payment of a deposit of 400 eur (which is returned to the tenant at the end of the lease if there is no damage to the property). Utilities are not included in the rental price. Electricity is separate for each apartment, and water is paid according to the number of household members.
