We offer a non-smoking apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/pellet stove, dishwasher, TV (Netflix and satellite channels). The apartment is part of our house but is completely private (it occupies the entire second floor of the house/separate unit). It is an excellent setup for work & play and offers a beautiful view of the bay, and you have a terrace (next to the living/dining room) and a balcony (next to the master bedroom). Both face the sea. The bed in the master bedroom is 160 x 200 cm, and the other bedroom has a bunk bed: a double bed (140 cm) on the bottom and a single bed (only for children/teenagers due to weight restrictions) on the top. We are located right on the water (only a small road separates us) – you are literally 5 steps away from your small private pier, from where you can access the crystal clear water via our private stairs. Zrnovska Banja is a beautiful bay, 2.5 km from the old town of Korčula. You can also take the public bus in the other direction to Racicse, a beautiful town on the waterfront, 12 km away from us. Our bay offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Zrnovska Banja is located 2.5 km from the old town of Korcula. From there, you can take passenger or car ferries to the mainland. Korcula is also lively in winter, as it has a high school and a real community. There is also a very modern library, a cultural center/cinema, and a great indoor swimming pool/fitness center. So you can spend the “winter” here without feeling lonely. There is also a nice “expat” group that meets regularly.
