We are renting out a two-room flat with a living area of 85m2. It is located on the first floor of a building near a beach. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, two bedrooms (there is the option to add a third one, too), a bathroom, a toilet, and a large terrace with an area of 15m2 in the south.
