The nearest swimming place is a 5-minute walk away, and within 300 meters there is a waterfront and several beautiful beaches. Just half an hour's easy drive away is the city of Zadar with all its cultural and historical heritage, and the most beautiful sunset on its unique Sea Organ and solar sun and planets. Zadar airport is only 20 minutes away, and nearby are Šibenik and Skradin - worth visiting. Paklenica National Park is only 15 minutes away from the facility, which offers recreational as well as professional mountaineers paradise at their fingertips. Zrmanja Canyon is wonderful for walking and sailing, rafting and swimming. It is also possible to organize a one-day excursion on Velebit quads and buggies for 6 people, which will allow you to enjoy beautiful views and landscapes at over 1,000 meters above sea level. Bungee jumping is available at the Maslenica Bridge, 3 minutes from the house. Boat excursions are also available from the waterfront, and within 15 min plenty of pebble, sand, stone beaches.
