Kaštel Gomilica is a charming village located along the central Dalmatian coastline in Croatia. Known for its beautiful beaches and historic fortifications, it forms part of Kaštela City, which includes seven small towns nestled along the Adriatic Sea. The village is conveniently positioned roughly 15 kilometers west of the city of Split, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its stunning ancient Roman architecture, including Diocletian's Palace. Kaštel Gomilica is about 10 kilometers east of the historic town of Trogir, another UNESCO World Heritage site with a rich history that traces back to the Hellenistic period. Kaštel Gomilica is also particularly notable for its accessibility. The Split International Airport (also known as Resnik Airport), the main transportation hub for the region, is approximately 7 kilometers away, making the village an easy destination for both domestic and international travelers. The Studio is located in the heart of Kastel Gomilica, 80 meters from the sea and the Renaissance Castle Kastilac, where Game of Thrones Season 5 was filmed. Kastilac is Croatia's most beautiful and photographed castle, and it serves as a favorite motif for many artists. Close to the bus station, supermarket, butcher shop, fish shop, coffee bars... Marina Kastela is located 500 meters away. Cycling along the beach is ideal in this area.
