All people staying in the apartment must be properly registered. Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting of the accommodation, are not permitted. It is important to note: if the rental is for 30 DAYS OR LONGER , the maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to TWO (2) PEOPLE. Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation with the retention of the entire rental amount.
