The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but there is also a very comfortable sofa in the living room for two more people. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. If you want to cool down, you can go for a swim near the "sea piano" and "greeting to the sun" which is only 5 minutes away. The closest beach is Kolovare a well known and popular beach among citizens and tourists, 15 minutes walking distance. It was awarded a Blue Flag - a symbol of quality and purihe closest beach isy of the sea. The beach is pebbly with paved areas and above there is a pine forest that provides shade during hot summer days. There is also Maestrala beach also 15min walking distance, you can get there by "Barka", according to some, as old as 3000 years. It's a small boat that connects the mainland and the Zadar peninsula. Near the building, there is a paid public parking, and small free public parking for around 20 cars, sometimes during the peak season free parking is difficult to find, but you will always find a parking spot on the paid ones. Also, it's not the only free parking lot, if you don't mind walking, there are numerous free parking lots, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
