Casa Matosica for 3 is a cozy apartment on the first floor of a small building in the heart of Split, within one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. It provides a practical, comfortable home base for long-term stays, with everything you need nearby while still offering a peaceful, private setting. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a compact modern bathroom, and a living room with an integrated kitchen. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi make the space ideal for daily living and remote work. Its thoughtful layout and modern décor provide a comfortable and functional home for extended stays. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
