Welcome to our modern studio apartment located on the top floor of a traditional Dalmatian house in Radunica, one of Split’s most charming and historic neighborhoods. Just a short walk from the city center, this studio offers a comfortable and peaceful home base ideal for long-term living. The apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed, creating a relaxing sleeping space after a busy day. The cozy layout includes a TV for everyday entertainment, and the kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and cookware suitable for preparing daily meals. The modern, functional bathroom with a shower cabin ensures comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Residents have full access to the entire second-floor studio. As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
