Susjedstvo je tiho i nije preizgrađeno. Glavne ceste su dovoljno daleko da se ne čuje buka vozila, a istovremeno 3 minute laganog hoda do stanica javnog gradskog prijevoza. Na našu poznatu plažu Žnjan možete pješice (oko 6-8 minuta). Oko zgrade uvijek imate mogućnost parkinga. Sa velike terase stana okupane suncem imate djelomičan pogled na more. Na terasi imate mogućnost odmoriti se u jacuzzi bazenu i hidromasažom opustiti napete mišiće. Večeri možete koristit za duge šetnje plažom, bicikliranje... Uz plažu rade cafe barovi.
