We offer a furnished apartment for rent on the lower floor of a building not far from the city center (walking distance) and on a city bus line. Nearby is the well-known Tower Rijeka shopping center, as well as several city beaches. The center of Rijeka can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Cable TV and internet can be activated if desired. Heating is exclusively electric. It is preferable that the apartment is rented by one person (student or employed person), with a preference for non-smokers. The apartment is rented for the entire year. The property will be available for rent from April 1, 2026, and can be viewed by prior arrangement during March. The landlord requires payment of the first rent and one deposit, which will be returned at the end of the lease if the tenant has fully complied with the contractual obligations.
