We are renting a one-bedroom apartment in the Rijeka neighborhood of Bulevard, in a very quiet location in a small building. The building is located very close to the city center and the Trsat stairs. The apartment is well maintained and equipped with necessary furniture and appliances. It is possible to use a small part of the yard directly adjacent to the apartment. Heating is provided by an air conditioning unit. It is suitable for rent to young couples or students. Utilities are not included in the rental price. Upon signing the lease, two deposits, the first monthly rent installment, and an agency fee equal to the agreed rent must be paid.
