This is an old Italian stone house built 150 years ago. It is in the centre of the village Premantura from which you enter into the most beautiful nature park. It will take you only 10 minutes on foot to come to the sea shore. You can explore the park that has a lot of different and beautiful beaches. To the city of Pula you have only 13 km. It is a city with a roman arena and a lot of buildings from the Roman Empire. The house is located on the other side of a church from the 16th century and the village old tower. The house has the grand floor, 1st and 2nd floor. It has a kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor to which you enter from a beautiful terrace that is like an extension of the living area, because the climate is very nice in this part of Istria. From the ground floor you climb up to the first room that has 2 beds, a closet and a table. It has 2 windows and an old Istrian chimney built into the wall. Through an old restored door you enter the loft space with restored beams on the wall, a bed on the floor- tatami like , and 2 windows which from one you can see the sea. The whole house is restored and equipped with a combination of old and new furniture, so it can stay as much as possible in its original form.
